We talk to your customers in Czech

Your Czech customers are talking to a translation

They write in Czech and get an English answer, or worse, a machine-translated one. They ask about invoices with Czech fields, payment by bank transfer, a VAT number that has to look right. Your product interface reads like it was written somewhere else, because it was.

Answered properly in Czech, none of this is expensive to fix. It’s mostly a matter of someone here caring about it.

What we do

Czech-language support for your users. We answer your Czech customers in their own language. Standard business hours, 8:30 to 18:00, replies by the next working day. Email and chat. Wider coverage is possible by arrangement.

We work inside your tools, not ours. Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Help Scout, HubSpot, Front, LiveAgent, whatever you already run. Your customers see your brand, your ticket history stays in one place, and if you ever bring support in-house nothing has to be untangled first. This is the difference between us and a call center: we’re an extra seat in your helpdesk, not a separate operation with your logo on it.

Onboarding. Walking new Czech customers through your product, in Czech, at the point where most of them decide whether to stay.

Help through your sales cycle. The local and technical questions a Czech prospect asks that your team can’t answer. Czech tender and RFP paperwork. Proposals that read the way a Czech buyer expects. Joining a call as your local presence, and following up afterwards in Czech.

Native Czech for your product and website. Interface strings, website copy, support macros, transactional emails. Written, not translated. Most foreign companies’ Czech is visibly machine-made, and Czech customers notice immediately.

Send us whatever format you work in. JSON, PO files, XLIFF, a spreadsheet, or access to Crowdin, Lokalise, Phrase or POEditor if you run one. For websites we work directly in WordPress, including WPML and Polylang setups, as well as Webflow and Shopify.

Content, SEO and campaigns. If you want to be found here, not just understood here. We work in your CMS and your analytics, and in your CRM when campaigns need to connect to something: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho.

If you have paperwork here too

Everything above faces your customers. The other half of what we do faces the institutions: official mail and deadlines, meetings someone has to attend in person, finding and managing your accountant or lawyer, and keeping the admin moving.

We run our own software products

Czech.support came out of running SaaS, not out of consulting about it. We build and operate our own products, RandomPicker and Quallie, which means we’ve answered the tickets, written the help articles, argued with a payment provider, and worked out Czech VAT on digital services because we had to, not because a client asked.

So when your developer asks how Czech date and number formatting should behave, or your support lead wants to know what a Czech customer expects in a refund email, you’re not the first person to ask us.

What it costs

This works as part of a monthly retainer, from €950 per month, with a three-month minimum. A fixed part for what runs every month, plus a block of hours for whatever the month brings.

One-off projects, a localization pass or a tender document, are quoted per scope.

Where we stop

We don’t run a 24/7 helpdesk. Business hours, next working day, email and chat. No phone line, no overnight cover. If you need round-the-clock support, what you need is a call center, and we’ll tell you so.

We support your sales, we don’t do your selling. We answer the local questions, prepare the paperwork, and follow up. We don’t work on commission and we don’t close deals on your behalf. Our job is to make sure nothing is lost in translation, not to be your sales team.
