Your local partner in Czechia
You have customers, paperwork, or plans in Czechia and nobody on the ground. We’re the people in Prague who handle it.
Some things can’t be done from abroad
A bank that answers the phone in Czech and ignores your email. An official mailbox with a ten-day deadline running in it, in a language nobody on your team reads. A supplier you have no way to check. A customer who writes to your support in Czech and gets an English reply.
You could hire someone in Prague. For most companies that’s too much, too early.
We’re the version in between. A small team here, working as your local presence, for a fraction of what a hire costs.

What we do
Know the market
Research, checks, and advice.
Is this partner real? What do competitors offer and charge? Deep analysis, monitoring, or just a straight answer. We know the market.
Your Czech face
We handle the institutions and the paperwork.
Official mail. Ten-day deadlines in a language you don’t read. The accountant. The meeting someone has to attend in person. We take it off your desk.
Your Czech voice
We talk to your customers in Czech.
Support for your users, onboarding, help through your sales cycle, and native Czech for your website and product.
Who you’ll be dealing with
We’re a small team in Prague with experience running businesses, operations, and customer support here. You get people who’ve already dealt with the offices, the banks, and the paperwork you’re facing.
One contact who knows your business, the same person every time. When we’re away, a named colleague who already has your file.
Everything we write for you or your customers is checked by a native English speaker.
When you need a lawyer, an accountant, or a developer, we find you a good one and manage them.

What we don’t do
Being clear about this saves everyone time.
- We’re not a virtual office or a registered office provider. An address is one small part of what we do, not the product. We’ll help you find a provider in the right location, check they’re solid, and arrange it on your behalf.
- We’re not accountants, lawyers, or tax advisors (though we know a fair amount about all three). To be on the safe side, we find you good ones, brief them, and keep them moving.
- We don’t run a 24/7 helpdesk. We usually work standard business hours, 8:30 to 18:00. Wider coverage is possible by arrangement.
